For session we will go through the basics of Yoga & conduct the various Yoga exercises.

We will start first with a short warm up by conducting a series of breathing practices.  After that we will indulge into the yoga session which will last for an hour.  The yoga will aim to trigger all parts of the body so that you leave fully relaxed.  This session Is for all genders.
