Description
We will start first with a short warm up by conducting a series of breathing practices. After that we will indulge into the yoga session which will last for an hour. The yoga will aim to trigger all parts of the body so that you leave fully relaxed. This session Is for all genders.

It was so fun practicing Yoga especially with someone very talented. This was a great opportunity to strengthen my yoga and to meet great people. I will defienlty be back for more.
